Class Descriptions

22: Reformer

22: Reformer is a full body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Resistance using pulleys and springs will help lengthen the body, strengthen core muscles and improve posture. The Pilates reformer places little to no impact on joints and most exercises are done sitting or lying down. The Pilates chair and tower are also utilized in this class, allowing students to finish their workouts standing tall, strong and balanced.

22: Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle flow is a mix of yoga basics, simple flow sequences and restorative poses. Great for all levels as you can choose to take it easy or challenge yourself in each posture. This is your sacred time to reconnect and unwind.

22: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next connecting breath and movement mindfully. This class is designed to be an intermediate level class, but is all levels friendly! This vinyasa flow will focus on strengthening the body through fluid and thoughtful movement giving the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced.
