The Pilates method focuses on strengthening, lengthening and toning muscles that support the skeletal system. The controlled movements and exercises will require many muscle groups to work at once.
Imbalances are corrected, muscle efficiency is increased without the bulk, posture is improved, flexibility and circulation is brought to the joints, and daily life is greatly improved. You'll look better and feel great!
Comfortable workout attire is just fine. We have grip socks for sale in studio.
New clients must attend our Intro to Reformer class, offered each Saturday at 10:30am. In this session, we will teach you the Pilates basics and introduce you to the equipment we use in our studio. Private sessions are also available. Contact us at info@22pilates.com for more information.
To begin to see meaningful results, we recommend that you train 2-3 times a week. With this frequency, you'll feel and start to see results in about a month. Your posture will improve and you’ll feel simultaneously more grounded and energized.
